Cancellation Request Guidelines
Time Frame: You may request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order. Once your order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to cancel it.

Refunds: If your cancellation request is approved, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear on your account.
Non-Eligible Orders: Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled. In such cases, please refer to our return policy for information on how to proceed with a return or exchange.
Credit Card Disputes
In the event of a credit card chargeback or dispute, please note that the cancellation option may no longer be available, and the resolution will be subject to the credit card provider's investigation. We encourage you to contact our customer support immediately if you have any concerns regarding your order to avoid disputes.
